Aroma and Tasting Notes

The Midnite Monkey is a made from 100% rich Arabica coffee beans. The espresso develops an intense, bold character with a fruity, citrus freshness. The dark roast of these beans brings out the fresh aroma and creates a balanced body reminiscent of a good wine.

Blend Details

This Arabica blend consists of Colombian highland beans and Brazilian Santos. The Colombian beans are a high-quality plant grown at an altitude of more than 1000 meters (3280 ft.) and are wet-processed. The addition of the Brazilian Santo beans give this espresso its fruity citrus finish.

Tips for Preparation

To enjoy the unique, fresh taste and full body of this espresso, we recommend you brew it as an espresso. For a more intense coffee finish the Midnite Monkey can also be prepared as a ristretto.
